Naina has a diverse set of work experience under her belt, having worked in different parts of India with varied populations. She holds a Masters in Applied Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She offers counselling to adults and children for multiple concerns; Stress and Conflict Management at family or workplace, balancing work and life, emotional regulation, Dealing with Self-esteem issues by employing various interventions from Cognitive therapies to existential therapies. Her goal is to help individuals equip themselves with inner strengths and resources to resolve any problems in life.

India decriminalised LGBTQIA+ relationships in 2018 but it’s a long way from radical acceptance. LGBTQIA+ people still struggle with expressing themselves openly, or claim rights or occupy spaces that have remained inaccessible to them. Being an affirmative practitioner allows people to open up and feel safe in the space of mental health.
