Mandatory for all bookings made on our website, to account for internet gateway and website processing charges.

Cash Handling & Manual Booking Fees ₹ 100
Fees to cover costs of bookings made where payment occurs outside of the IAMH portal, is made manually, or requires additional intervention.

Change Fees ₹ 499 Onwards
For rescheduling or cancellation, depends on service type and time of request. Refer to the RRC Policy for more information.

Late Fees ₹ 200 per day
Fees charged on unpaid invoices that are pending after the scheduled session time has elapsed.

We understand that first times can be difficult. So all our first time users are required to go through an Introductory consultation. This will allow you to see if you’re comfortable with the MWP chosen, and can clear out your doubts and discuss your plans and goals from therapy.

If you’re new to IAMH, you’re required to have an Introductory consultation with the MWP you’ll be working with.
You can choose who you want to work with, as our diverse team of MWPs offers services in various specialisations. It’s worth remembering that with IAMH, the following are always included with all sessions:

What is Verified MWP?
Verified MWP is the stringent quality check for all IAMH Mental Wellness Providers – be it Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Counsellors, or other Mental Health Professionals. All of these professionals are selected via a stringent multi-round selection process and have verified credentials. The minimum criteria all our MWPs must meet include:
✅ Masters Level Education (M.Sc., M.Phil., M.Psych., M.A.) in Psychology or Mental Healthcare
✅ 2 Years of experience, or an active supervisor to oversee client progress
✅ Demonstrable understanding of the principles of therapy and skills to be used
Over the last 12 months, our selection rate has been only 5% of over 100 applicants. Rest assured, with an IAMH Verified MWP, you’re in good hands!
